4. Fill in the application form that will be displayed in front of you.
5. Check all the details carefully like name, age and category mentioned and submit the form.
6. On the next day at 12 (noon) please log in to your profile and pay the application form.
7. Once the application fee is paid, make sure that you also upload the scanned photograph and signature.
8. After 48 hours of fee payment, please login again and take a print out of the application form.
