Male Multi Purpose Health Worker

Qualifications: Candidates Should be a 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education/Institution and Should possess one and half year Training Certificate as MPW(Male) from a recognized Institution of the State Government.
No of Post: 307 Posts.
Age Limit: 18 to 45 years (Age as on 01.01.2017)
Pay Scale: Rs. 5910-20200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs.2100/- Per Month.

Radiographer

Qualifications: Candidates Should be a 10+2 in Science from a recognized Board of School Education/University and Diploma in Radiology from an Institution recognized by the Central/H.P. Government OR B.Sc. Degree in Radiology from a recognized University.
No of Post: 154 Posts.
Age Limit: 18 to 45 years (As on 01.01.2017)
Pay Scale: Rs. 5910-20200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs.3000/- Per Month.

Application Fee: General Category Candidates need to pay Application Fee Rs. 360/- and SC/ST/OBC/BPL Category Candidates need to pay Application fee Rs. 120/- Mode of payment of Application fee through Online Payment Gateway or Offline computer generated Challan or Lokmitra Kendra.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Written Test & skill tests/physical/practical tests.
